Orders and Payment

Returns and Refunds

Due to the specialized nature of performance products and services, returns may be subject to approval.

  • New, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization.
  • Custom-built, modified, or special-order products are non-refundable.
  • Service work, including rebuilds and porting, is non-refundable once work has begun.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.

Warranty

Many Magnum Powers products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Racing or competition use
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
